BU91501KV-ME2

The BU91501KV-ME2 is a multi-function LCD segment driver in 64 pin VQFP package. The BU91501KV-M is 1/4 or 1/3-duty general-purpose LCD driver that can be used for frequency display in electronic tuners under the control of a microcontroller. The BU91501KV-M can drive up to 204 LCD segments directly and control up to 4 general-purpose output ports and upto 30 key input detection. It does not require any external components and has a low power consumption design. Typical applications include car audio, home electrical appliance and meter equipment.

• Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 6V, LCD drive power supply range from 4.5V to 6V
• Either 1/4 (up to 204 segments) or 1/3 duty (up to 156 segments) can be selected
• Selectable bias of 1/2 or 1/3
• 3 wire serial interface
• Integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM)
• Support standby mode
• Segment/GPO (max 4port) output mode selectable
• Integrated power-on reset circuit, integrated oscillator circuit
• Automotive grade 2 AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
